I have known Mr. Habib for 12 years. He helped with my first CO-OP purchase and most recently with my investment property. My needs were put first and I was treated like a friend rather than a number. He has been excellent, providing me guidance over the last 12 years. He always take time to explain how the whole process work which is so important for someone making their first Real Estate purchase. I was represented better than I could have ever imagined and recently referred Mr. Habib two of my family friends; there were very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommended!!!!
